The Process

Stage 1 - Preliminary Site assessment

CaraSpace carries out a site assessment to determine advertising potential. Our interest in the site will be registered to you at a very early stage.

Stage 2 - Licence agreement

The landlord and CaraSpace agree a rental income and enter into a licence agreement for a period of time, subject to obtaining the necessary statutory consents.

Stage 3 - Planning permission

CaraSpace seeks to secure the necessary planning consents from the local authority, in order to permit the erection of advertising on site at its own cost.

Stage 4 - Construction

(i) 48 and 96 Sheet erection and dismantling: Boards are erected by a reputable hoarding contractor.
(ii) Banner erection and dismantling: An appropriate engineering solution is produced and a specialist banner contractor is appointed to erect and dismantle the banner.

Stage 5 - Sales

The site will be marketed to all of the specialist outdoor adverting agencies.

Stage 6 - Rental Income

This is paid to the landlord on a monthly basis for banners and on a quarterly basis for hoardings.

*Stages four (ii) and five are ongoing processes as sales are secured and banners/postings are required to change. It is essential that the sites are marketed in the right manner and are accessible to the right buyers.
